Fact: When we remain in God’s love, that love will motivate us and give us the power to love others.
Fact: We are to remain in Christ’s love and we are to love others as Christ has loved us.
Fact: We simply do not have the power to love as Christ loved us unless we have Christ’s spirit within us.
Let me say it again:
“We love because Christ first loved us.” (1 John 4:19)
